When teaching friends how to take better photos, I have often encouraged them to look for repeating patterns and to zoom in to a scene. Do not forget to play around with shutter speeds. With these simple suggestions, it often opens up a world of new photographic possibilities for them. Here is a collection of some of my own examples.
